Content Filter Change Request

1. Access Azure OpenAI Studio: Start by navigating to Azure OpenAI Studio. Once inside, locate the sidebar menu.

2. Navigate to Content Filters: In the sidebar, find and click on "Content filters" to access the content filtering options.

3. Create a Custom Content Filter: Click on the "Create customized content filter" button to initiate the creation of a new filter.

4. Define the Filter Details:
      - Assign a name to your filter (e.g., "movingstories filter").
      - Under the category "Hate," adjust the severity threshold to "High."
      - adjusted both prompt and completion
      - Proceed by clicking "Next" to finalize the creation of your filter.

5. Go to Deployments: From the sidebar, select "Deployments" found under the management section to manage your GPT model deployments.

6. Edit an Existing Deployment:
      - Choose the deployment you wish to modify by clicking on it.
      - Select "Edit deployment" to make changes.

7. Set the Custom Content Filter:
      - In the content filter section of the deployment you are editing, choose the custom content filter you've just created.
      - Confirm and save your changes to update the deployment with the new content filter settings.
